About Jasmine Speaker & facilitator

Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I help people look beneath the obvious problem, question the stories shaping their response, and find a more honest way forward.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, healthcare, and the deeply human experience of trying to do meaningful work well.

It started with empowerment.

As a teenager, I began creating women’s empowerment experiences. Even then, I was drawn to the moment when a different question, a more honest conversation, or a new perspective helped someone see themselves and their options differently.

02

Then strategy gave me a wider lens.

Over the next decade, I worked across strategy, technology, customer experience, implementation, and leadership. I helped organizations navigate change, solve complex problems, and turn insight into action—including years helping healthcare organizations develop long-term strategic plans.

That work taught me that the technical answer is rarely the whole answer. Plans live or die through people: what they understand, what they believe, what they are willing to name, and what they can realistically carry.

In Full Power brings those worlds together.

Today, I create speaking and facilitation experiences for people doing work that matters. I bring strategic thinking, lived experience, careful listening, and a warm but direct approach into rooms where the challenge is real and easy answers are not enough.

A personal perspective on care

I know healthcare from both sides of the conversation.

I live with Type 1 diabetes. That experience has shaped how I think about trust, communication, follow-through, and the gap that can exist between a plan that makes sense on paper and a life that has to hold it.

I am not a clinician, and I do not present myself as one. I bring a patient perspective alongside years of strategic work with healthcare organizations. My growing network of speaking and facilitation partners includes Vanderbilt’s Comprehensive Care Clinic, Dartmouth Health, the University of Alabama Heersink School of Medicine, the University of Florida College of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, and partners across the AETC Network.

That combination helps me ask different questions about how systems and relationships influence the experience of care.

Beyond the room

The work is serious. A full life still matters.

I’m also a writer, podcast host, runner, and traveler. I’ve explored more than 15 national parks, and I’m endlessly interested in the choices, stories, and small acts of courage that shape a life.

That curiosity is part of everything I create—from a workshop for a healthcare team to an episode of the In Full Power Podcast.
